Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must not be washed, altered, or damaged

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
  • Undergarments or any hygiene-related products

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within the return period.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
